on Oct. 20-23, 2002 HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED to 19-22
January 2003, at
the Westin Riverside Plaza Hotel in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Thank you very much
to all, especially to Mr. Tomridjo and DML, ADB, US-AEP, UNEP, CPIE,
CDG/ASEP, UNDP, and all those who have made the conference
arrangements possible. Without your very valuable support and
assistance, APRCP would not have gone this far with the coming 4th
APRCP!

Dear Colleagues,
All of us on the Board of Trustees
wish to extend our condolences to our colleagues who have lost countrymen
in the recent terrorist bombings in Bali.
These events unfortunately have made it necessary to move the 4th
APRCP, originally planned for Yogyakarta, to Thailand. On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I want to thank DML
which includes Mr.Tomridjo, the
deputy director who has been working for all these arrangements and
negotiations from the beginning, Mr.
Muhtadi (Didi) Sjadzali, Chair, and Ms. Ratih Loekito, Exec. Dir
and the rest of his Organizing Committee, the
Corporate, Major and Minor sponsors for
all of their hard work in planning an excellent program for the 4th
APRCP. The agenda that the Indonesian organizers had put together
for Yogyakarta promised to be very interesting and most assuredly would
